Well well well, it looks like the Humboldt County Judge is finally “cracking down” on Hit and Run Mom. After a vaca in Mexico and then one to Columbia, the judge finally saw fit to abscond her passport. No more jet setting off to other countries and exotic lands for the woman who was charged with mowing down her own daughter and her daughters best friend in a drunken stupor last July.
However, it appears that said Judge thought that not allowing Hit and Run mom to leave the state of California was too tough and readily granted her permission to attend a birthday party of her boyfriends’s Grandmother in Oregon, against the opposition to the District Attorney. The judge further agreed to seal off of her future travel records and itinerary, according to Kym Kemp over at The Redheaded Blackbelt.
